Danny Carlson
Danny Carlson is a seasoned entrepreneur. Starting his first 7 figure company at just 24 years old, he's been featured in Forbes, Entrepreneur, and Foundr for his insights on scaling businesses and building operational efficiency.
In 2016 Danny founded Kenji ROI, grew it to a team of 25 full-time employees before it was acquired by AMZ One Step in 2022. With a strong background leading teams, Danny has been consulting on both the buy & sell side of dozens of acquisitions, and is now focused 100% on improving client experience at Eagle Dawn Capital.

Joel Kaplan
Joel Kaplan has been featured in Forbes, Inc., and Entrepreneur. He has also been paid to speak on stages in front of hundreds of people around the world.
Before starting his journey in business, Joel was a fellow at the Knight Foundation and Venture For America. He also worked with the Morgridge Family Foundation as their Director Of Marketing (The Morgridge family took Cisco public).
He then founded Atlas Digital & grew it to 200+ clients and over $350,000/MRR before selling the company.
After that he founded Agency Lab who have helped over 130 agencies scale to $100,000/MRR and done over $30,000,000 in revenue since launching.
Now, he is the CMO of Eagle Dawn Capital focused on sourcing deals for clients.

Sergio Tavarez
Sergio Tavarez has been an entrepreneur since high school.
His first venture was Rolling Revenue, a digital marketing agency that at it's peak, was working with 100+ roofing companies including 9 figure organizations.
After scaling it to multiple seven figures in ARR, he partnered up with Joel Kaplan and founded Agency Lab.
Since launching that company, they have helped over 130 agencies scale to $100,000/MRR. Agency Lab has done over $30,000,000 in revenue since launch.
On top of that, Sergio has led 5 companies to exit for multiple seven figures as a consultant and has mentored 1,000+ sales reps, helping them close tens of thousands of clients and millions of dollars in revenue.
He is a savage negotiator and is largely responsible for Eagle Dawn Capital's deal negotiation strategies as head of growth & strategic partnerships. His role is to help negotiate acquisition deals & develop partnerships key to getting deals done.
